Sauteed Zucchini and Squash
Serves 6 people

Ingredients
2 medium Yellow Squash, cut into rounds
2 medium Zucchini, cut into rounds
3 tablespoons Butter
Garlic, minced
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Italian seasoning
Recipe Instructions
Cut squash and zucchini into rounds and set aside into separate bowls.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large pan over medium high heat until shimmering.
Add zucchini to the pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook until browning on one side, about 4 minutes. Remove from the pan into a bowl.
Add another 1 tablespoon of oil into the pan and add squash. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook until browning on one side, about 4 minutes. Remove from pan and add to bowl with zucchini rounds.
Melt 3 tablespoons butter to the pan and add minced garlic and italian seasoning and stir until fragrant.
Pour butter over squash and zucchini and toss to coat.
