Cream Biscuit

Serves 4 people

Serving size - 1 biscuit

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Self rising flour

  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy whipping cream

  • 3 tablespoons Butter, melted


Recipe Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°

  2. Add flour to bowl and make a well in the middle and pour the heavy cream in

  3. Using a fork, start to combine the heavy cream and the flour together until a cohesive dough forms.

  4. Form a log that is 1/2 inch thick and cut into 2 inch wide squares or rounds.

  5. Brush with melted butter and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.

  6. Serve with our sausage gravy and enjoy! Don't forget to leave a rating below!
