Cream Biscuit

Ingredients
2 cups Self rising flour
1 1/2 cups Heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons Butter, melted
Recipe Instructions
Preheat oven to 475°
Add flour to bowl and make a well in the middle and pour the heavy cream in
Using a fork, start to combine the heavy cream and the flour together until a cohesive dough forms.
Form a log that is 1/2 inch thick and cut into 2 inch wide squares or rounds.
Brush with melted butter and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
