Sauteed Baby Bok Choy
Serves 4 people

Ingredients
4 baby bok choy, halved
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Garlic, minced
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Recipe Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium high heat until shimmering.
Add bok choy flat side down and cook until lightly browned.
Add chicken broth, soy sauce and garlic to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 4 minutes or until bok choy is tender and chicken broth is evaported.
Season with salt and pepper and turn bok choy to coat in garlic.
