Gyudon

Ingredients
1 Large Yellow Onion, Slivered
12 oz sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 cup dashi
2 tablespoons mirin
1 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoons soy sauce
Rice
Recipe Instructions
Combine dashi, soy sauce, mirin and sugar in a skillet and bring to a simmer.
Add onions and cook until slightly tender.
Add the beef on top of the onions and cover until beef is cooked through. Season with more sugar and soy sauce to your liking.
Stir to combine, serve over hot rice and enjoy! Don't forget to leave a rating below!
