An easy to make, flavorfully cheesy appetizer perfect for a Super Bowl Party.

Loaded Potato Skins

Serves 6 people

Serving size - 1 potato per person

Cook time - 1 Hour

Total time - 1 Hour 10 minutes












Ingredients

  • 6 russet potatoes

  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese

  • 2 oz Bacon bits

  • Chives

  • Sour cream

  • 1/2 tsp Parsley

  • 1/2 tsp Rosemary


Recipe Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F

  2. Poke Potatoes with fork and bake until a knife inserted slides right through. About 40 minutes. Allow potatoes to cool.

  3. Cut potatoes length wise and scoop out about half of the flesh from the inside.

  4. Melt butter and combine with garlic, parsley and rosemary.

  5. Brush melted butter onto every inch of the cut potatoes and bake for another 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  6. Fill each potato with Cheddar cheese, and bake for 5 minutes to melt cheese.

  7. Top with your desired amount of bacon bits, chives and sour cream and enjoy!
