Some easy to make crispy fried boneless wings, perfect for a Super Bowl Party.

Boneless Wings
Serves 3 people
Serving size - 7 oz portion

Cook time - 20 minutes
Total time - 50 minutes
Ingredients
3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 egg
1 cup milk
Sauce of your choice
Recipe Instructions
Preheat fryer to 375F.
Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
Combine egg and milk together.
Pour 2 tablespoons of the egg mixture into your flour mixture and mix.
Toss chicken breasts in flour, then into the egg mixture, then back into the flour to create a thick crust. Rest in fridge for 15 minutes.
Fry until golden brown and inside registers 165F on a thermometer.
Toss with your sauce of choice and enjoy
