Some easy to make crispy fried boneless wings, perfect for a Super Bowl Party.

Boneless Wings

Serves 3 people

Serving size - 7 oz portion

Prep time - 30 minutes

Cook time - 20 minutes

Total time - 50 minutes


Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup milk

  • Sauce of your choice


Recipe Instructions

  1. Preheat fryer to 375F.

  2. Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes.

  3. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.

  4. Combine egg and milk together.

  5. Pour 2 tablespoons of the egg mixture into your flour mixture and mix.

  6. Toss chicken breasts in flour, then into the egg mixture, then back into the flour to create a thick crust. Rest in fridge for 15 minutes.

  7. Fry until golden brown and inside registers 165F on a thermometer.

  8. Toss with your sauce of choice and enjoy
