Beef Stroganoff
Serves 6 people

Ingredients
1 pound Sirloin steak, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Oil
2 tablespoons Butter
1 pound Mushrooms, sliced and washed
Garlic, minced
1 tablespoons flour
1 cup beef broth
¾ cups heavy cream
¼ cup / 4 tablespoons sour cream
12 oz Egg noodles
Recipe Instructions
Add oil to a pan over medium-high heat until lightly smoking. Add beef in 2 batches, laying down slices in a single layer until browned. Rest on a plate.
Add butter and mushrooms to pan and saute until lightly browned.
Add garlic and stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Whisk in flour until smooth and combined with butter.
Pour in beef broth and whisk to scrape up any fond on the bottom of pan.
Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes until thick.
Add sour cream 1 tablespoon at a time to prevent curdling, stirring constantly.
Add beef and juices from plate into pan. Cover and remove off heat.
Boil noodles according to instructions on packaging and immediately add to sauce, stir to combine. Serve and enjoy! Don't forget to leave a rating below!
