Beef and Broccoli
Serves 4 People

Ingredients
1 pound Sirloin steak, sliced
12 oz broccoli- stems and florets, cut into segments
Vegetable Oil
Garlic, minced
Ginger, minced
Rice
Sauce Ingredients
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons dry sherry
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
Recipe Instructions
Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl until combined and sugar is dissolved.
Rub a thin film of oil in the wok, heat on high until smoking, add 1 tablespoon oil and stir fry broccoli until tender but crisp, remove from wok and set aside.
Add another 1 tablespoon oil and add in beef while constantly stirring
Once beef is browned, add broccoli and sauce and stir. Pour the sauce on the sides of the wok in a circular motion.
Combine cornstarch and water then pour into wok.
Stir to combine sauce with beef and broccoli until thickened and glossy.
