Sauteed Brussel Sprouts

Serves 4 people

Serving size - 4 oz portion

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussel sprouts, halved

  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Oil


Recipe Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a large pan over medium high heat until shimmering.

  2. Add the halved brussel sprouts flat side down and cook until browned and tender, about 6 minutes.

  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper and toss brussel sprouts in the pan to coat.

  4. Continue cooking and stirring until brussel sprouts are browned on both sides, about another 5 minute.

  5. Squeeze lemon juice over the brussel sprouts and then sprinkle with parmesan.

  6. Remove from heat, serve and enjoy! Don't forget to leave a rating below!
