Sauteed Brussel Sprouts
Serves 4 people

Ingredients
1 pound Brussel sprouts, halved
1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
1/4 cup Parmesan
Salt
Pepper
Oil
Recipe Instructions
Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a large pan over medium high heat until shimmering.
Add the halved brussel sprouts flat side down and cook until browned and tender, about 6 minutes.
Sprinkle salt and pepper and toss brussel sprouts in the pan to coat.
Continue cooking and stirring until brussel sprouts are browned on both sides, about another 5 minute.
Squeeze lemon juice over the brussel sprouts and then sprinkle with parmesan.
