Collard Greens

Ingredients
32 oz collard greens
4 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoons liquid smoke
6 strips of Bacon, diced
Salt
Pepper
Smoked paprika
Recipe Instructions
Thoroughly rinse collards.
Dice bacon and add to large pot over medium-high heat, cook until crispy.
Remove from heat, add seasonings in residual bacon fat, stir around for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
Return to heat and add collard greens, chicken broth and liquid smoke then stir.
Cover and let simmer for about 2 hours. Serve and enjoy! Don't forget to leave a rating below!
